If you are using PickleballKhelo on behalf of a club, academy, organization or business, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that organization.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify PickleballKhelo promptly.

You agree to use PickleballKhelo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful content.

PickleballKhelo may allow organizers to create and manage tournaments and events.

Tournament organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including dates, locations, registration requirements, fees, rules and schedules.

PickleballKhelo is not responsible for changes, cancellations, postponements, disputes or other issues caused by tournament organizers or external circumstances.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.

Registration eligibility, participation requirements, categories, age restrictions and tournament rules may vary by event and are determined by the respective organizer.

Certain PickleballKhelo services or events may require payment. Applicable prices and fees will be displayed before completing a transaction.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, those transactions may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

Refunds, cancellations and registration fees may be subject to the specific policy of the tournament organizer, club or service provider.

Users may be able to submit information, photographs, profile details, tournament information, comments or other content to the platform.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

By submitting content, you grant PickleballKhelo permission to use, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform's services.

Unless otherwise stated, PickleballKhelo and its licensors own or control the intellectual property associated with the website and platform, including its software, branding, graphics, design, text and other materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or exploit PickleballKhelo's intellectual property without prior written permission.

PickleballKhelo may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, mapping services, authentication providers, analytics platforms or other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PickleballKhelo is not responsible for the policies, availability or actions of third-party providers.

We aim to keep PickleballKhelo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
